850cc in primary problem.

So I milled my primary rail down 1/8 an inch to fit my 850s...problem is I cant get them to sit down all the way in the rail....Am I supposed to bore out the inside too?

No.

You need to remove 2mm from the top. The tops should push the injector shoulder down on to the top.....Be careful that you dont catch the o rings. They are easy to tear...

it was 2mm or 1/8 in...anyways I tried gettin the top to push it down but I am affraid of breaking it...it flexes

Have you put oil on the o rings ?

yeah, yeah I have....Yeah I'm a much bigger fan of metric but i couldn't find a metric ruler....

I fitted mine with the rail in the engine. is was a lot easier.
