300Rwhp goal/How much $$$?

my goal was 300 rwhp for $3000.00.
Bone stock car base dynoed at 212 rwhp with bad spark plugs.
so far mods are:
HKS Downpipe $175.00 installed
Apexi intakes $165.00 installed
Greddy SMIC $575.00 installed
Apexi PFC $750.00 not installed yet
RB Dual Tip $540.00 not installed yet
Total: $2205.00
Probably cost $200-300 more for tunning...so everything falls into the budget. I did all the work so far though...if not there is at least $1000.00 in labor.
R1 lip, R1 strut brace, AST, Boost & H2O gauges, sparkplugs were also installed but listed as maintenance & comestic cost.
Took the car out on Sunday for 120 miles cruise...it was nice and fast and balanced. My goal is 300 rwhp and that would be plenty with reliability.
