1200 rpm shake

im getting a horrible shaking at around 1200 rpm. mainly upon deceleration going into a stop, or when im parked and put it in gear and it kicks the rpm up a bit, sometime it will shake for a second then stop and repeat that every couple seconds (when in gear) car also pops a bit upon idle, (especially during warm up) would ignition break up cause this? and either way what would be the problem here to dig into and fix?

check your supressors (the wires that go on the spark plugs)
sometimes they are responsible for that shake
i wouldnt want to dig deeper for now

are you talking about my ignition wires that go from coil to plug? i know there not bad, but illl double check that they are on firmly (should be on there good tho) theyre bran new 10mm magnacore's with new platinum plugs 7 leading and 9 trailing like stock. i need to just run a compresion check and check the plug wires at the same time
