12-10-4 boost

the car just got back from ricks rotary where it was boosting a 10.5-8-10 boost pattern. well when i installed my downpipe im now getting a 12-10-4 boost and the second turbo goes lower and lower to zero as i accelerate further down third gear. i have double and triple checked everything and do not have a clue. does anyone know why, or what may lead to the perfect first turbo boost then no second turbo at all. all comments are welcome as i will check everything that is told to me. i cant afford to make a once a month appointment with ricks rotary. unless i can soon start getting discounts.

my problem seems to be the same as the one that is posted right now about checking the solenoids. if anyone finds out anything about that let me know.
