10-5-5...ive had enough of this
Hey guys i have finally had it with my 10-5-5 boost pattern and i have decided to try to troubleshoot it today. I've found a few threads about this but i would really like to see some pictures of the wires or hoses that may have been crossed, and also the best way to access them. Any and all help will be appreciated.

What does it mean when I see #-#-# on these posts? I have seen it a lot. I have done no work or tinkering with the turbos on my car. Most of my time has been spent on suspension. Just curious.

I've got the same problem as you guys..
I'm getting 10-5-5, but my boost keeps doing down and down so by redline, im only hitting about 2-3 psi..
I've checked the hoses coming off the CRV and i've checked the pressure/vacuum chambers and the check valves under them.. and can't seem to find anything wrong yet.. next step would be under the intake manifold?

The check valve you are talking about holds pressure in the pressure tank(black placstic box) and it needs pressure to operate all the actuators, so, replace the check valve asap. Venting the CRV to the atmosphere is O.K., I do the same thing on mine.

No pressure in the Pressure Chamber means the other Turbo Control Solenoid (vacuum side) has to do the whole job of opening the Turbo Control Valve. That's where you get the sluggish response and the 10-5-5.
Good luck.

I'm going non-seq. I was tired of running a boost pattern from 10-5-8, to a 14-10-13....other times it would run a 10-8-14. You never knew what to expect with my car. Kinda dissapointing when you take it down to the track and one run you blow off a 12.8@110, then a 13.7@100. I figured to heck with it...I'm going single, when funds allow it. Might as well get use to having the feel of a single, without the power. CJ

allrotor93 that would cool i suppose as long as i could reverse it, it would be worth a try. but i think lag would be horrible with my car being an auto, otherwise i say we go for it.
