[NEED HELP] Alternates for CRV
Guys both my ABV and CRV are faulty and not holding boost. So I replaced the ABV with an HKS blow off valve. But I am confused about the CRV. What are the options I have when it comes to the CRV?
1. Can I use a HKS blow off in place of the CRV?
2. What will happen if I block off the CRV port fully with an end cap without installing a CRV?
3. What will happen if I vent out the CRV port without installing a CRV?
Please help me out here as finding OEM rx7 parts in this side of the world is very hard.

Best bet is a used stock part. They are pretty common to buy used and they really don't fail that often.
You can use an aftermarket blow off valve in its place but that may be a bit bulky.
If you cap the hole, it will probably be hard on the second turbo. When it's pre-spooling it needs somewhere for the air it's making to go, that's why Mazda put it there. With the CRV closed it will be surging against a wall.
If you leave the hole open, you would have a boost leak when the secondary turbo comes online. It may be substantial enough that the car would make nearly no boost at the top of the rev range.
You may be able to get the part number and order it from Amayama Japan or something, they may have more flexible shipping to international destinations. Not sure what they run new.

There's also an aftermarket option at Pettit - https://pettitracing.com/collections...ade-kit-rx7-fd
I ordered one recently but haven't installed yet
