What solenoids can be deleted / removed and keep factory TTs working

Hey Ladies and Gents, looking for some insight on my Vmount install project. At the moment the car runs good and there is no reason for me to go single turbo YET. Keeping factory 93 Twins w/ Vmount/ flipped koyo radiator. I am in the process of making a different intake with K&N Filters. I know the factory intake connects the factory BOV and a few other actuators into the air box. My question is, can I just install the bonsai racing block off plate on the factory BOV if I have an aftermarket BOV installed in IC system? I believe one of the others ran into the airbox is "charge" relief. I would like to clean up the areas where the early nineties silliness occurs but in the same breath, if I am just throwing little air filters on the end of actuators and leaving them alone until I convert to single in a year or ten. I'm fine with that too. Let me know your thoughts on what old functions are no longer needed for a Vmount IC keeping factory twins. (sequential) thanks !
