It could be that your stock CRV (charge relief valves) are doing their job and not allowing what you purchased to function.

Why in the world would you buy a BOV for the stock twins? Come on, that pffft noise can't possibly be worth the money?

Unless you completely removed and plugged the originals, you now have 3 blow off valves.

BOV's are a waist of money on the stock twins. The stock BOV is perfectly capable of handling any compressor surge that you may have with the stockers.

Why don't you put things back the way they were before you installed it, sell the aftermarket BOV, and use the money to get a useful mod.

did you make any boost before the install? i agree with going back stock and try again. if it still doesn't do anything than you have other problems.(vaccum lines etc...)

If you replaced the stockers with the aftermarket one, it's HIGHLY likely that the hoses from the y-pipe and so on were cracked in the process of swapping. That area by the turbos get really hot, and crack around the connectors. To check I would let the car idle, have a cig, and see if the smoke is being blown by any leaks
