Anybody know? At first, I thought it was Support for the tunnel cover but it doesn’t fit there.

 

It is exactly that. For lhd of course. It's from bubbletech

 

You have to remove the center channel amp and cut the amp mount part away from the console/amp bracket (if your car has this, mine did). The reinforcement just taps into the console (LHD as noted). It does beef up the console quite a bit.
