Don’t have any good pics on my phone. It’s not very fancy and a slightly different take on a “garage space” but.....
Friend a I bought an old two-bay gas station about 5 minutes from our homes and rehab’d it. He’s in to boats. I play with the FD and an old Chevy. Currently one 2-post lift but adding another in a couple weeks. Not a good pic but rehab’d the office too. Not shown is the mini-frig, liquor cabinet and poker table. Just added a small humidor too. Only pic I have on the phone of one of the bays. It’s tight but plenty tall for the lifts. We’re decently equipped for a couple of amateurs...engine hoists, stands, jacks, Drill press, hydraulic press, MIG welder and all the tools a couple of old guys accumulated thru the years.
I've dreamed about doing something like this. I'd love to see more pics if you have them.
We recently moved (a week and a half ago), I lost my detached shop but got an extra deep 4 car garage. I lose a little square footage overall, but I don't have to deal with an RV gate and drive down a dirt alley to get the FD and REPU out.

It’s really nothing super cool like the others, but here ya go. Still not great pics sorry...
Shot of my bay and some equipment. I think “maximizing space” is the polite term. Pack-rat and horder are others. The office has A/C. We had an old central air unit on the flat roof but it had to go when we put a metal pitch roof on to solve numerous leaks. We’ll probably replace it at some point.
Lots of insulation went in with the new roof too. Those old 50’s era buildings had none. Halved our heating costs in the Midwest winter. Stays nice and toastie now, even with a huge ceiling vent going for the cigar smoke during football games...and whatever.
Great setup! That’s looks strangely similarity to mine. What kinda leveling system is that for the mill?

They're Foot Master Leveling Casters. They're "GDxx-S" version with the single mounting point to match the South Bend pedastal feet. I can't remember if they're DG-100-S or GD120-S. I suspect I got the latter/beefier model. I needed as much excess roller weight capacity as I could afford for all the times I did move the lathe during my nomadic military career. Anyway, they've proven a highly satisfying design; strongly recommended if you think you'll ever need to move the heavy metal easily and safely.
Did you post a pic of your garage previously... would love to see it.

Reason: dumb assness
This is our current house we moved into a year ago. Original 2 car garage on one side and additional bay added on later. Total of about 1150 sqft. I had a bar built and added a window to see from the bar down into the 3rd bay. I still need to install the two post lift in the 3rd bay but it’s all coming along piece by piece.

I have not posted in here previously. I appreciate the information. When I moved all that equipment it was quite a task. I’m hoping to never move it again . The most annoying part besides positioning, was leveling. Here are a couple pics ….. enjoy.
My 3 car garage. Seems like the way builders build houses now it's more like 2 1/2 car size.
I can get 3 cars in there but then it's so tight I barely have enough room to open the doors and get out
So, the wife has the single car side for her Jeep, and I get the double on the left.
It's been cleaned up some, but one day Ima do a complete makeover.
Overall, it gets the job done...Also I only have the SSM, VR was sold to a friend.
