Have you tried googling? I doubt bumping this endlessly will get an answer...

 

I'm pretty sure the FEED lights are made for the type 2 bumper with larger openings so I'm not sure they even fit. I'm not sure why you would with the 99 spec bumper. They look pretty home brewed in comparison.

 

I am talking about the feed lens cover,


I would like to install the feed lens cover on the 99 spec bumper or scoot front bumper.

Kind of like this picture ,but I want the lens to be integrated in the bumper like the feed bumper...
