^^ Same thing as mine. The previous owner painted the blade only.

I will be repainting the wing and filling the holes.

this is what I was talking about , painting in black the whole 99' wing.

please post pic once you paint it.

OOps, I mean't I'm going to be painting the entire wing to match the car. I'm not sure how a black wing would look on a red car. All personal preference
