Took these yesterday. I finally got rid of the stock suspension and upgraded to Tokico adjustables with Racing Beat springs. I also got rid of the ugly, rear wiper.

 

I forgot to reply back saying I was kidding about that comment, I also have white wheels.

Tried to go for a cruise today since it was nice but we ended up just going from spot to spot taking pics haha. Owners are:
black FD- me

white FC- Tyler [S5 FC]

Chris had found the old Mazda sign and told us about it, and it was even more awesome than I expected. It says "Motor City Mazda...test drive the new rotary engine". And the accompanying views were great too. We couldn't get any closer to the sign because the area was fenced off. The colorful building was in the same parking lot. The pics in front of the pawn shop was just because we were meeting christi there, nothing special about the pawn shop haha. And then the last pic was at Garden Of The Gods. I have 50 pics from today so this is just a sample.

And yes I still have to paint my fenders haha. I'm still thinking about just modifying the stock front fenders to be like the rears though.

 

props man your fd is sick! It looks so clean (except for the hood... but that's just my opinion i never liked that hood). RE pro diffuser is perfect on black... Still can't decide if I wanna change my street version for the pro

Thanks Dee! To be honest with you I've never been 100% on the hood either so don't feel bad haha. And honestly I'm not sure about the body kit either anymore, well the front bumper anyway. I thought I might have to switch to the street diffuser because this one is pretty low to the ground since putting on the new wheels and tires and lowering it haha.

Here is a current pic under the hood and a couple more pics from today. I plan on painting the engine bay, hopefully this winter, and while I'm in there I want to clean it up and get rid of stuff I don't need and get it more organized. It's a freakin' mess right now, lines and hoses going everywhere haha.

 

Well, actually I do live in a really crappy area of the City. Anyway...

Regarding the hood, after seeing how much heat escapes from the holes in the hood, I wouldn't want to go back to a stock hood and bake my motor, but that's just my preference.
