I can live with the looks because it completely matches what the car offers from top to bottom, in and out, it's just RAW. The Vette just seems to leave me confused and bewildered.

PS The c6 interior is not doing a thing for me. Keep it simple, have some purpose, how many times does every single car magazine have to bitch about the seats before they get a clue atleast for the Z cars CHRIST ALMIGHTY hehe, and flippen electronics............ Push button this, digital that, BIG RPM and MPH little other things figure out your mission and then build the damn car around it...BLAH BLAH BLAH

PSS AGAIN I respect the vettes and maybe I'm this frustrated because I'd like to own one but can't live w/ the nonsense.
I don't see it as busy at all, I think it is simple and useable. Now this is way to over done.

edit: and the Viper interior is almost exactly that of every dodge with the difference being the center console, they can't even get a decent radio in there instead use the exact same one from the Neon.

I respect the GTR's performance but PLEASE owning one is the last thing on my mind.

It was just a comparison of what is useable and what is over done. I respect a lot of cars but very few modern cars I would like to own. This is the interior of my dream car, of course I will have to go with a replica unless I win the lottery.

No that was Shelby's actual vehicle, his custom built super snake, twin supercharged 427 sold for 5.5m at Barret Jackson in 2007.

Yeah, far more gauges in there than normal, I like the plain stainless original. Only had exactly what was needed and nothing more. To recreate the super snake would be amazing though.

i love the cobras original and kits i am going to put a rotary in a kit one day and really **** some people off and to jump in on the nsx thing i agree it is more rare and few are modded but that might be why i would take one because i would mod and change it and be more unique you can say the same as far as vetts though in the matter that you line them up and most are the same

Why do I need to take one for a spin to see the crappy interior? I bet if the corvette came with a 6 banger and/or slower performance number people would think otherwise about the car's look. I see one every day at work and I had driven the car a few times. Drives nice but the interior kills it. BTW the Aveo seem to have a bit more modern interior so I take that back.

A lot of people think because a car is fast, it looks good. For example look at people reaction of the GTR here.

Look at the Veyron. I think it is one of the ugliest cars out there.

This looks a lot like this

It is supposed to have more of a muscle feel and look to it, I personally am not a fan of the GTR either, I see them and a lot of exotics everyday, they do nothing for me. I did see a Ford GT not long ago at a dealer for sale, now that was sexy. I live a couple blocks from the Ferrari, Audi, Porsche, whatever else dealer, It was cool when I first moved here, now it is just meh. As for a Corvette, I would prefer a nice restored 72 stingray over todays, but that doesn't mean the new ones aren't awe inspiring especially for the price paid to have one.

the performance of the car does make it look better in some peoples eyes agree that the veyron is ugly but the performance of it makes up for it as is with a lot of modern cars these days

To keep on topic. Can we discuss a mid size or larger sedans or another fun car that has a back seat? I'm looking for a sedan that will keep me entertained. Thinking a E39 M5 or E36 M3 but would consider others just need a better DD for where I'm moving too. Had a Mazdaspeed 6. It was pretty good car but don't want to mod it to get some decent performance out of it. Don't mention Subarus though.

No hableblahblah taco bell

Have you thought about an evo for the performance 4-door category? For the price they can be had the value is second to none.

E39 M5 is great. A friend of mine had e36 m3 first and e39 m5 after. Both were chipped and had supersprint exhaust. As a 4 door daily I would pick the M5, it can do everything the m3 can do plus more. For track obviously M3 would be better.

CTS-V? Fun to drive, I just don't love the body lines on it, does only come in manual which is a +. I am just not a fan of the euro cars but the S line of Audi are really nice. I would take an S6 over the BMW any day.

EVO would be great but that is too much of a tuner car and will distract from the FD. Besides going to Cali so I want to keep the Police of my butt and every civic from wanting to race me. Also looking for some comfort.

Reason why I was considering the M5/M3 because I can have fun with them while keeping a low profile and comfort.

Not old enough for a Cadillac . Did not think of Audi. A B6 S4 would be fun. Never driven an S6 but will look into it and check them out.

I don't know about you guys, but I love the C6 interior.

The heads-up display system they got is really cool, and the rest of the interior is comfortable, driver-oriented sporty feel, and simplistic.

I would rank it 2nd only to my FD interior.

:P
