Just a quick question probably a dumb one. I’m in the process of switching to DBW. A buddy of mine had a 6 pin LSA TB laying around that he gave to me, so I’m using that for the time being. I was looking at the haltech wiring diagram for DBW and it’s for an 8 pin lsa TB. Seems the only difference in 2 grounds and two 5v signals in the 8 vs one of each in the 6. So I can just wire it up according to the pin out of the 6pin without issue right?

Yup, you can combine the 2x +5VDC power supply lines into one wire, and do the same with the 2x signal grounds. Did the same with my Link ECU running a 6 pin GM DBW TB and an RX8 accel pedal position sensor.

great thank you! Thats kind of what I thought but I’ve read where things can get finicky if not wired as advised by Haltech so I just wanted to be sure.
