Why would you want to do that?
Just wire the Haltech and the AVC-R separately.

well read the instructions and wiring to an ecu was part of installation, but i asked several people about it and said the same wire it seprate, now my question is do i need to still tap the tps for a throttle signal and rpm signal, it also asks to tap to a apeed siganl but ive been told that i cant use that option

AVC-R wiring

you're not actually wiring the avcr to the ecu. the avcr just needs to monitor a couple of sensors to base its desisions on. look at your e6k diagram in the back of the manual and tap in the appropriate wires

I realize this is a very old thread (exactly 2 years old as of today) but im going to be wiring my apexi avc-r into my car along with my haltech e6x and had a few questions. I found a few threads discussing it.

Now wiring it seperatly from the haltech, will it still get all the features on it? such as the scramble boost in different gears and such. All I need to hook it up seperatly is the pressure sensor for the avcr along with the boost solenoid, the power wire and grounding the black and green wire from the avcr onto the ground wire on the haltech correct? or is there more to it then just that?

Basically, yes.

You don't need to connect all the grounds.
The entire car chassis is ground, so just connect each ground to the nearest point on the chassis.
