Bucking going uphill

So I just replaced the master and slave, fixed the a/c, all ready to go. Go for a drive and when I hit an incline/hill it starts to buck. Fuel is 3/4 full. VTA 1/2 are in spec. Air is 48c water is 85c, 90f outside so not overheating. And, if I turn off the car and restart immediately it goes away for a little bit. Going to try the fuel filter, otherwise, Stumped. Anyone experiencing this?
Restarting while rolling up hill is not a fun way to drive.

Watch vta1 and 2 as it's bucking. Last time we ran into a similar issue it was the harness itself. Had to make a repair to the tps wiring. It was actually dropping on and off line.
