need A/C part for 1993 FD HELP

I need the air conditioner line from the compressor to the evaporator for a '93. Part number is FD04-61-467B. It is a discontinued part, so Mazda dealers and auto parts stores have been no help. does anyone have a used part they would be willing to sell? Thanks. Ron Arndt. email at rjarndt@outlook.com

Sounds like you need the low pressure lines ( hardline & flexline) that connect compressor to Evap.
Is your Evap Mana or Denso ? The fittings are all different Mana vs Denso.
Best way to tell is to measure the outside thread dia of the Evap high pressure line ( small one ) at the firewall .Mana = 16mm , Denso = 14mm.

tomsn16- I don't know which mfg made the ac unit. I have a mechanic that can make the line, but he asked me to see if I could find the part so he does not have to bend the tubing and get it to fit. Sounds like he will have to get creative.

Here's a pic of the two AC lines from comp-to-Evap .
If your mechanic can fab these he is indeed "good".

Parts catalogue may indicate at which VIN number the switch was made to Denso from Mana. But surprisingly I see 1994 with Mana from time to time, which is unexpected.

(P.s. don't publish full name and email address on public forums)

Only SUREFIRE way I know to determine if your Evap is Mana or Denso is to measure the high pressure Evap line at the firewall....Mana = 16mm , Denso = 14mm thread diameter

Find a company that makes custom hoses in your state, and take your car there to get a hose made.
