I tried searching before I posted this thread, can someone tell me what is the size (length) of the automatic bellhousing of a FD? Thank you!

I doubt anyone would have that documented. You might have to do it the hard way - track one down and measure.

bellhousing depth is 6 9/16 inches
rear flange is .6 thick w 10 bolt holes. i milled a quarter inch off mine to deepen the input shaft penetration of the pilot bearing.
works fine
