BTW, I've been confused by something in my engine bay for awhile... What the hell is the duct tape at the bottom/center of the picture??? It looks so tacky.

When I bought this car there was nothing I could find on this in the guys records - and I didn't think to ask him at the time because I wasn't exactly too educated on what it should look like inside. Also the compression test were fine, as well as boost, etc.

nillivod-it looks like he fabricated the intake duct to block off the opening after installing the M2 intake.

the duct has a hole in it for the stock airbox's intake via the crossover duct. he taped over it so air doesn't go around the intercooler.
