the compressor housings of the turbos (twins still unfortunately
, non-seq though
) are also painted black (in a heat proof black though) as well as the heat sheilds and the y-pipe assembly is also black. IC and pipes will get the same treatment when they're done. will post up some more pics of the motor with turbos on when i get home.Brad.
P.S. the blue bits are just an acrylic metallic blue touch-up paint from a local auto store. brand was "PowerPlus"

i used just a normal, satin black brake caliper paint, said it was good to 250 deg and oil and brake fluid resistant. doesnt need to be heat cycled and cured like most heat proof paints either. brand was Septone, i think its made here in australia. its probly flaking from where i removed the tape or just lightly knocked it.
