Killer rims, just the wrong setup for the FD. Sell them or just throw on some OEM until the correct size can be had. Do not lower your FD for the time being.

LERRY: Coilovers and a lot of fender rolling/pulling will help out a lot with the looks.

+1. Maybe some negative camber too.

yeah, I already know what i'm in for, and it's exactly the look i'm going for. I will be rolling and pulling the fenders to make them fit. If needed, I will also have to camber them :P The rears will be fine, it's the fronts i'll mostly be working on..

I actually pulled mine out of the garage a couple of weeks ago...Winter SUCKS here! Can't wait for it to warm up so I can get to work on her. First thing coming off is the door kit and then she is getting coilovers.

Is he a ROTARY engine builder? Does he know how hot these engines and engine bays get? lol I'm getting paint that's good up to around 1500* myself. I like the way yours is done though, that's what I'm gonna do soon too. Just pissed that you beat me to it haha. Good luck, but I don't think that paint is gonna hold up either. For your sake I hope you're right though.

Just to clarify, are you saying you won't have to roll the rear or you're just more worried about the front? I'm running 18x10.5 +15 which SHOULD be pretty close to what you have there, and I had to pull my rear fenders quite a bit. I do like your setup though. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm just saying definitely pull those bad boys before you lower it haha. Looks good!

If done right this has potential to look awesome.

When you get coils and go lower the wheels will camber in significantly, wheels will fit with some pulling, but you're definitely going to rub a little up front if you plan to go significantly low.

I say go for it.
I would

No, the further you can push your braking point and still reduce your speed to properly negotiate the corner the better your times will be.

It's when you push that point so far that you run out of track and cant slow enough for the corner that you run into problems.

They will fit, no one ever gets aggressive with their offsets, other than a select few. This is how it should be done, his specs are 18x11+30 on a 315, -1.5 camber. I plan on running something not as aggressive, but a 19x10.5 +29 on a 275/285 with a similar rear roll.
