Here is a pic of my car after i washed it a couple of days ago. I have to plug eagle one's nano wax. It was the most amazing thing i have ever used. And im a big wax guy, i have 5 different waxes at home, nothing beats this one IMO. Im throwing the other ones away lol



Really gives the car a DEEP shine, makes the color full and in depth.

 

Kinda creepy how much this looks like my last fd. Gotta love the black rims with the vr. Paint looks like its in awesome shape too.

Yeah i think i remember your old FD, but you painted the wheels gunmetal or light bronze correct?

After painting my rims black, i was dead set on leaving the theme like that. I think a red sports car on black wheels is like WOW. Im still shopping for some nice black wheels but i dont want to copy gene (rx7rage) because his car is what your perfect VR FD should look like. I want his rims, then again i dont wanna copy. I even have OEM sideskirts sitting in my shed, but im gonna put them on when i get new wheels.

As far as my paint, overall i think its in good shape. The body has some dings here and there and my rear spoilers' clearcoat is peeling. But i try my best to keep it clean and covered all the time (my backyard has no shade so in the afternoon the car gets a 6 hour straight of direct sun ). My car cover is all F'ed up right now, it became paper thin from this summer because of the sun itself. And its ripping now. I ordered a new car cover though, supposed to have 4 layers for superior protection
