External Wastegates vs Porting

OK, my turbos have become too efficient and i'm getting wicked boost creep with my midpipe. OK, first...no, i'm not getting a high-flo cat or some other restriction, so put that out of your mind. I can't be dipping into 16-18psi creeps when i'm set at 12 anymore, so I either want to have mine ported or buy an external. Give me the pros and cons of each. I have a profec B as a controller.

Thanks.

Sucks doesn't it I wouldn't go more restrictive either, of coarse you could just do what I did and go single.

OK, i'm a cheap bastard, how much would it be to get it ported? Would that just REDUCE creep? or eliminate it? Right now my method of controlling it is having a little block under the gas pedal so i can't WOT I'm not gonna go single just yet....

Ohhh baby, that's what i wanted to hear. Now, ok....i've never removed my turbos. Tough job? I'll bet I can do it. Know of any reputable places I can send it? (chicago area preferred). I assume they'll know WHAT to port....
