Yes, another oil pressure problem...

But mine seems to be different then most. I searched and didn't see anyone with the symptoms i have.

Anyway, its an 88 N/A with 225,000 miles and no mods ...don't know if its been rebuilt or not. Recently i was on the freeway and realized my oil pressure was almost 0. When i got off the freeway and back to city streets the pressure would go up to 30 at stop lights (idle) but when rpms get up over 2000 or so, the pressure goes down again. This only occurs after the car is fully warmed up. when i first start it, pressure is normal (30psi at idle...about 60psi at 3000rpms or so).

Oil level is good. its due for an oil change about now (been a little over 3300 miles since last change) Temp is fine... no excessive smoking...

So... thats it, in a nutshell.... any ideas???
