yellow goo in oil fill neck
i have no clue why?... rebuild engine 5k ago, the upper coolant hose that connects to the BAC has a tiny hole... maybe condensation is getting in from there? my coolant reservoir is fine... Maybe my oil cap is not sealing properly? any ideas?on top of the cap there is water drops and inside the filler neck there is yellow/white film that feels like mucus...

is everything stock? vac rack etc. check the 2 vent lines from the oil filler neck and make sure they are going somewhere and not pluged off. lack of "crankcase" venting will cause the water build up. I get a bit in mine.

what it is, is condinsation forming in the oil pan from not letting the motor heating up to operating temps. And if you are in a lot of stop and go traffic, or short trips( less than a mile) the shifting tempature in the motor will create water. That is also why you see water coming out of tail pipes.
