How about you tell us how much you willing to spend, and we go from there?
If $3,500 scares you, you really can't afford to make that much power in the first place...

$150 - eBay 24" x 12" x 3" intercooler
$150 - eBay "intercooler pipe kit"
$150 - Walbro 255lph fuel pump or equivalent
$100 - eBay ssAutoCrap T4 turbo manifold
$100 - oil supply line / oil drain line / coolant lines (if necessary)
$150 - pair 'o 1600's secodary fuel injectors
$400 - new ACT clutch
$300 - upgrade radiator
$100 - downpipe adapter / new intake / etc.

That edging close to $2,000, and we haven't even started talking about the turbo yet.
I doubt the RTEK can handle the 1600's?
I wouldn't want to run the RTEK trying to make 400hp myself...

Whenever someone says they don't have enough money, and big hp numbers is on their mind, disaster follows. What was that saying, I think it was in BoostedRex's sig:

"Cheap and fast = not reliable
Cheap and reliable = not fast
Reliable and fast = not cheap"
