WTF!?. . .my baby throws a fit and some b*tch hits me!

Well, I gotta a problem fellas. . .the same problem I've had since I bought my 7. I had a coolant leak, I fixed (kinda, still a small one some where ),Serious bogging which lead me to another TPS (Used ), but today after I went for a drive, let her warm up for a while, got some gas, she started back up with the hunting and serious backfiring on deceleration. I mean, I was pretty embarrassed cause it looked like I couldn't drive stick. . so I was a mile from the house, bumping along, hesitating and jerking, then my fu*cking buzzer goes off. And boom, out of no where, some biatch clips my rear end! I'm lucky it was raining, cause I just spun out. .no real damage. . got it home and popped the hood, and my res. was at full. I'm bout to blow this thing up! what could cause all my hunting and backfiring? My used TPS? Carb.?. . .I need real advice fellas. sorry for the novel

I would:
-Check the weep holes on the water pump
-Check all coolant hoses (upper/lower rad, heater, etc)
-Do the 'blown seal' test found in the FAQ
(you open the rad cap, pull the EGI fuse, crank, and look for bubbles)

The buzzer went off probably b/c your coolants low. And hopefully there's no other damage from when the bitch hit you .

My rx has the 3.5k hesitation and some bitch just ran me off the road in her suv the last week while i was like trying to figure out if it was my secondaries or ecu gnd, (2 lane road, no turn signal, neck and neck, she was talking to her daughter while switching lanes..?) and she was like "your car looks fine lets just call this good" as my cross member now has a 3inch bend it it from the median..

she's like to the cop "I don't think I deserve a ticket" and the dude was like "Lady, i give tickets out to people who don't cause accidents, where does that put you", now she's refusing to buy me a new cross member gah!

eh sorry to rant, just sorta feel ya.. damn half blind drivers

I'd rather face a competent half blind driver than a dumb one with good eyesight...

ok. .the lady that hit me took like 5 minutes to open her window cause she was in "shock". I was like whateva biatch, she blew the stop sign.. . well the hesitation and bucking only happens when my car gets up to operating temp. .and runs for about 10 min. then all hell breaks loose. But it's wierd cause sometimes it'll be alright, and sometimes it won't. so I'm thinking it has something to do with my coolant system, or the TPS that I never adjusted to fit my car. any ideas? I'm seriously bout to buck it along to an open field, with a baseball bat, some gas and fire works and just go office space on it. '=)

In my Impreza at one time the overflow/reservoir filled to the top, it was because the head gasket was leaking and exhaust gas was pushing into the coolant system forcing much of the coolant out, known to be shitty head gaskets in older Imprezas for the lose. If your situation is anything like mine, you may have a coolant seal that is leaking and causing the same problem. Not sure what your other problem could be, but if you wanted to be a real dick about it, you could pretend those problems did not exist before the accident. Someone pulled that on my friend's girlfriend after she rear ended him.

I had a problem with an 86 I had. It had a very small leak in a hose. IF I floored the gas it would shoot out coolant. IF I babied it no problems. Give this a try. When I mean baby it I mean to just stay under 3,000rpm and lightly step on the gas.
