Writing off my second FC...

Well guys, guess this is it again for now. I was coming home from school and I was so tired I blacked out and opened my eyes with enough time to slam on my brakes and slam into the car ahead of me. I can't believe this happened again. At least last time I was doing something that I could have avoided. Ill try and be back with the community in an FC as soon as I can.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. I enjoyed following your build. This exact same thing happened to me as well, thankfully the car of fate was a Nissan Pulsar. Stop fussing around with NAs as well, get a T2 for a change!

Sorry for your loss, but driving tired is avoidable.

If I even start to lower my eyes, I'll find a place to stop on the side and take a short nap.

Before this, I almost plowed my Jeep into a bunch of stopped cars on the freeway because I was too naive to call it quits. Luckily there was an emergency lane.

Glad you're okay man. You'll be back in another car soon!

Personally ill probably end up tube framing my front end and begin an FD ProAm build. I've been bit by the drifting bug since I've started doing events

A lot is salvageable, but it bent the frame and rail all the way up to under the drivers seat, so it won't be seeing street duty anymore. I may just keel the shell for a drift build down the line. I'm picking up a GTUs of my buddy and swap everything over (since his currently has an S4 drivetrain) but unfortunately he also took out the 4.30 rear end for his other 7 and its missing one of the GTUs mesh wheels. So I'm going to have to source one.
