Would like expert opinion on my compression test results.
89 TII jspec engine
front rotor: 3 even bumps 90-95psi w/ needle pushed in, builds up to 110psi max without needle pushed in
rear rotor: 3 even bumps ~95psi, builds up to 135psi
i know the FSM says it should not go under 80psi, I also saw the rotary engine rebuild video that says it should build up to 120psi
battery was in good charge and i was using a nice MAC tool guage b/c my craftsman one is a piece of crap
so is this engine good to go? or should i condemn it and freshen it up inside?
edit: forgot to mention that i have gotten the engine to run a few times. it did not run well, but it would hold an idle, sometimes. and it would not rev over ~3000rpms. i dont get to work on it but about once a week b/c its half an hour away and i am also sorting out other problems w/ it right now

My engine is brand new and hardly makes that (but I am ported...)
