is it worth saving

last week i fliped my car into a ditch due too brake failure. now i am wondering if it is worth saving. i have no pics to show but so far i know i'll need:
-new windshield
-windsheild frame repaired
-complete new top with targa top
-new bumper
-driverside finder
-driver side door, and mirrror
-dents pulled from rear driverside
-several new interior peices
-hood repaired
-trunk repaired
-new paint job
-cpu

engine still ran fine at the time of the accedent, tranmission is still fine. car will turn over but will not start, i am going to remove the ecu tromorrow and dry it out.

is it worth saving??????

dry it out??? if the car went swiming and the ECU got wet internally and you tried to turn it on, I would be surprised if you didn't blow the ECU right up.

well the ecu never went under water,(as far as i can tell) the car fliped before going in to the ditch, there was more mud than water in the car. all the warning lights came on and car turned over but acted like it was flooded.

Sounds like it's totalled to me. I woundn't want it for free; too much time, money, and hassle to deal with.

yeah id say find another car with a blown motor/tranny and just start all over

i rolled my 300zx 2.5 times last month, the entire roof got crushed down 4 inches. Its basically the same situation as yours, except i could have driven mine home if it wasnt on its roof

well i got the engine to start yesterday, they had some water in the intake, rad is busted so i only ran it for a min. or two. i guess all i can do now is strip it and sell whats left of it. my old boss is gonna sell me his 93 eclispe for $200. the only thing wrong with it is the engine knocks and it needs a new hatch, so if anyone knows where there is a good eclispe fourm please drop a link for me.
