wiring help

hey i lost my key i need ignition wiring diagrams so i can put in a push buton start and switch to turn my stuff on help me plz

yeh, the ignition switch controls more circuits than just the starter- get another switch...BTW, I haven't seen a "complete" ignition switch layout/ diagram in the FSM yet- I think that's to prevent easy hot wiring thefts, lol

take your vin to the dealer with proof of ownership and they make you another key for like $10

So your making your RX easier to steal?

BTW I can't wait until you accidentally set the stock alarm off since you can only disarm it by putting the key in the door. It will ignition cut.

Stop smoking that WEED. It makes you forget where you left your keys. I bet you could get a new ignition switch off ebay cheaper than fiddling with all the ignition wires.

were can i get a new ignition lock in no im just using it at as a trak car uther thatn that its in my goroge how do i disable ignition cut i ran it all day and it did not cut when i was trying to get it to run right

ya becase it is also shorted out and kills the battery were is this alarm located im new to this car

I heard its a set of green wires (Green/Black or Green/White or Lt. Green something like that) that you should ground out by the CPU.

Could somone confirm this? Last time I tried I think I grounded out the wrong wire, as my idle went up 200RPM . . . hrm . . ..
