wipers do not work

my front and rear wipers both do not work. i have no idea what is wrong. i bought a rebuilt wiper switch form icemarks website and the wipers will still not work, so it cant be a relay problem, i also checked the fuses and they were fine. the wipers stopped working at the same time as my sinroof stopped working. does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

Bad fuse (though you've checked...did you test for continuity?) or damage to the wiring harness.

At the switch is there 12 Volts on the Blue and Blue/green wires when the key is in the on position?

And Ground on the black wire at anytime?

Use a multimeter, a test light and some wire, or buy a checker (Autozone, etc).

Uh, not to be a smartass, but have you considered a continuity tester?

Yes, the wiring harness. Have you checked the wires yet?

I guarantee my switch, and personally tested it before it got shipped, so I know its not the switch.

You will need to check the two wires I mentioned to see if the wires are even hooked up in the dash.

You did plug the switch into the correct plug right??? I have had two people now say a switch didn't work, but they mixed up the plugs and plugged it into the cruise control plug.
