Wipers

I have a 1988 rx7 convertible and my wipers no longer work. When I first got the car the wipers would only work in the first low mode but none of the others. Recently they stopped working all together. I’m looking to see where I should start to get that fixed!

usually its the wiper switch, there are relays in there and they go bad. i'm not sure who is rebuilding them in 2021, but look for that

Depending on how skilled you are in soldering you could replace the relays yourself. They are still readily available.

There is a way to actually clean those relays as well, they get gunked up with carbon. Ive repaired a few wiper modules this way and a quick solder reflow.
