my convertibale wiper switch stopped working

my convertibale wiper switch stopped working

can it be taken apart and cleaned or can i swap internals from a coupe wiper unit

It is spelled convertible, and http://www.mazdamark.com. Icemark offers a rebuilding service for the part. The convertible and coupe wipers are different, as the convertible top **** is built into the unit. You'll need another convertible part. I believe there is an ancient thread on the process, but I'll have to do some digging to find it.

EDIT: Well I guess I lied to you, because they don't rebuild the switches anymore. So disregard that link.

I just did the fix on vert switch by replacing the relay that is covered OEM. The wipers would only work in low before the fix and now they work at the same speed in all positions and do not return to their home position. Any suggestions?
