winking? (no flames please)

First off i dont want to hear that this is rice, Its not in my opinion. I just wanted to know if its possible to make one head light go down while the other is up. Ive been reading the wiring (*Sp) diagrams in my hanes manuel and i cant figure how i i could do it. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

i think they only way to do it would be grab another relay outta a parts car and wire it up in addition to the factory harness, but only on one side then just put a seperate switch in the cockpit and BAM you'll be winkin at them ladys across the way in two skaes of a puppy dogs tail

turn the lights on/off REALLY fast, after about 4 or 5 seconds... they flip up individually.
