Windshield leak....

Hello all so my s5 turbo always leaks bad into the drivers side when it rains or im washing it so I removed the headliner and it aint the sunroof, when I tested it water just comes out of the holes in the roof (circled in the image) and also comes put between the roof and the windshield seal just above the steering wheel there is also allot of rust coming from those holes any ideas? I dont really have a clue what can it be I'm kind of bummed I thought it was just a common sunroof leak... Thank you all

Many years ago, I once had a car where the front windshield was leaking on the driver's side. I took the car to a place that installed windshields and they resealed the windshield. Problem solved.
