91 vert auto randomly loosing spark

I’m at a loss started out with a corroded messed up lead coil I replaced that and did wires and plugs driving it I noticed a lot of heat from the tunnel and low power/ response in cruising rpms but when you got into it it get to about 5500 and shift super hard and it would be misfiring at that range I got home with it looked under neath and the whole exauhst was red hot that’s when I found the messed up coil and figured it was the reason for all this replaced the coil and the thing would hardly wanna start I finally got it running to go to a local shop to use there timing light to check the timing because it was running super lean at idle and at first i was getting spark at all coils than car shut off due to I’m pretty sure vapor lock I left it at the shop the owner waited a while fired it up and put it on his lift and found a few issues like the ground for the fuel injectors is carrying power and we intermittently lose spark on random coils and get it back I’m at a loss what it could be any help is appreciated

I cant think of anything off the top of my head. Time to bust out the meter and start chasing wires. You can find all of the wiring diagrams you need at Foxed.ca .
