Angry wierd way to go

well on saturday, hot as hell 96 degrees, my best friends vert blew its motor. but it went out in the weirdest way . he says he was driving doin 90 on highway and a truck cut him off he slammed in the brakes and spun out 3 times with out hitting anything.car stalls on him he turns it on and has a wierd sound to it. we was iffy about it being blown we checked evrything. then today we finally compression checked it. and it sounds very weak in the front strong in the back.so we came to conclusion its blown . wat i dont get why just blow during that i dont get it.

thats weird, i cant explain how it would go UNLESS only thing i can think of if it did go was either:
A: maybe low on fuel and when he spun it leaned out severly and boom (guess maybe its possible on a non turbo)
B: some how down shifted and over revved the motor.

are u sure that it hasnet just had low comp for awhile now and the noise is from the clutch or suspension? and u just now discovered it has low comp because u have never had a reason to check it before?

what i think is it had a sudden stall when he spun out because he probably didn't press the clutch. (assuming its a manual) and going 90 and locking up the wheels and stalling the engine can do some damage to numerous parts. i would check over the whole car including suspension and all.
