Wierd Oil Pressure readings

So my oil pressure gauge started acting wierd a few days ago. The readings will constantly vary. When I first start the car up and it does its cold start. The gauge will go to around 60. But when the revs drop to 1500 it takes like half a minute for the gauge to drop back to 30 and below. Idling at a light for a while it will drop to around 10-20 and not going above 3k it will only read at 30.

But If I get on it and go up to 6-7k the oil pressure will rise to 60 and above. Then If I cruise at like 3.2k it will stay up there. But If I let off the throttle and let the gauge drop to 30-40psi. then get back on the throttle it won't rise above 30.

also when I turn off the car the oil pressure gauge does not immediately drop back to 0 like the rest of the guages. When I turn off the car it kinda sticks at where it reads a for a little bit and slowly drops. I say from 30 psi it takes a good 2mins to get it to 0.

I've already tested my gauge by grounding out that plug below the oil filter and the gauge will rise all the way up past 110 psi. But when I unground it, it takes a long time for it to go back to 0.

not all gauges drop all the way within 3 seconds. all you need to be concerned with is if it's reading pretty accurately while the motor is running
