Wierd jerking when I hit a bump

Wierd jerking when I hit a bump
I have an 87 na and when I hit a bump the cars *** end shoots to the right. I think that it is the bushings but am not for sure. Any thoughts would be great.
It just jerks a little. Also if I turn hard it will skip accross instead of sliding I think that it may be the tires but they look fine.
