Why might my plugs keep fouling up....?
I have been having trouble getting the car started if i dont start it like 3 times a day.
When i first change my plugs, the car runs fine. its smooth, and it starts up easly.
whatever happens, the car is a mission to start....and the plugs are dirty as hell when i pull them.
any ideas?

the plugs will be black instead of a nice orangish color. i killed a set of plugs in 5000 miles they were orangish but it helped i drag raced the car a bunch and road raced the car so it was on boost the whole time your car will be hard to start and you'll notice misfires or backfires if the plugs are old. it depends how you drive your car if you drive it hard you might have to change the plugs every 5000 miles. if your car is turbo it will wear out plugs faster than n/a

Fouling plugs is a major problem if you're running stock plugs.  Hell I run all 9's and they are not even close to getting black.
Are you running and upgrade fuel pump?
Is your motor ported?  11" - 13" of idle vacuum is awefully low for a stock port engine.

Make sure you get rid of all the potential intake vacuum leaks.  You might want to double-check your ignition timing also; ignition timing off-spec amazingly changes idle vacuum readings.
What kinda boost gauge are you reading off of?  (I hope it isn't an Autometer!)
