What kind of suspension setup does this car have??

it looks like it has the nachamichi lowering kit with airbag suspension and remote resevoir dampners.

All you can tell is that it has been lowered, one must assume with springs. Could be any spring, an aftermarket one that lowers a FC that much or stock cut springs, or any combe of aftermarket or stock cut springs.

Anyone know how lowered that is, and if any aftermarket springs get it that low w/o cutting or heating?

That looks too low to be functional IMO.

 

Mine's about that low and it's quite functional.
