Im the one that has the Dodge Viper seats in my car, these are the early model viper seats and have zero electronics...When I get some time I will take pics for all to see. I must say that these seats are super comfortable and look like they were made for the car.

- Heavy - at about 60 lbs each, for an S5 TII leather seat
- over-lumbarred - the lumbar supports in the S5 seats causes low back fatigue over long periods on time
- badly upholstered - you've seen TII seats, yes? Have you even seen one that wasn't torn to shreds or completely flattened or both?
- too high - if you're a tall driver, chances are, your head touches the headliner. I'm short and my helmet touches when I race.
- not adjustable - heck, even the GXL seats (which aren't much better) allow fore/aft x-axis adjustment of the seat bottom, and most new high-quality seats are 4-way adjustable.
- too short - the seat bottoms are much too short for high-performance driving; I say this, and I've got short legs!
- not aesthetically pleasing - face it, stock TII seats are thick and bulky looking... FD seats pwn!
...and that's just off the top of me head!

The other points I agree, but I think they're minor issues.

Since someone bumped this I will post my update; No new news yet, with preperation for the dyno this weekend, bad weather, and the installation of my HI-6 I didn't have a chance to look at those seats yet. But I called and they still have them and I plan to look at them this weekend ... weather and no emergencies permiting.
