Who makes block off plates?

Who makes block-off plates for the emissions stuff? I want to take all the emissions stuff off and block them off? What company makes plates, I've seen them before but can't remember who.

Thanks,

Jay

3/8" aluminum plate.

I got a couple out in cars right now doing semi long term testing (trying to get at least 10K miles testing on them before I start selling them, to make sure they don't warp or crack).
