I can do the TB mod. I don't port it though. I don't really feel it's worth it.

I have a S4 TII TB already modded sitting in my garage for sale.

BDC does it. He's on here and on TeamFC3s.

Digi how much would you want for it? did you just JB Weld the holes left from the Throtle plates or did you tap and plug them?

I'm asking for $45 shipped. I tapped them and used RTV in the thread of the plug. I've never used JB weld and never plan to.

When BDC does them he also does a really good port job.
Here are some examples of his work:

Give the porting job a whirl, Digi7ech. It's worth it, especially if you put your focus on doing very light-grit sanding. Since the TB has only air rushing through it, the smoother the better for greater velocity!

Just wondering, but what kind of gains will you see from porting them?

Well, I just found another S4 TII TB so I just started to mod that one too. I'm using the current one to test my porting skills.

Honestly it's a lot of work for what I would consider minimal gains.

I think this will be the only one I do.
BDC. Any tips on finshing it off to a nice smooth finish?
So far I'm just using sanding barrels to carve out the basic shapes and peaks.
I'll then go through with a small circumference barrel to get in some nooks.

Then? Those stone bits? or wire wheel?

Thx
