Its under a silver kick panel, under the carpet in the passanger side. It has 3 yellow plugs going into it and says "Emissions Control Unit N3xx". Or something like that.

you need to pull the carpet up on the passenger footwell area..

it's located under a large metal footplate... after you remove 4 bolts pull the footplate out and the ECU is located underneither that, you can't mistake it, it's got a couple rather LARGE plugs going into/out of it

Slightly off topic, but here is where I put my ECU. I threw away that metal plate when I was going through my weight reduction orgy last winter.

My header will be double heat wrapped, then have an aluminum heat shield around it creating a shroud which will be cooled with incoming air fed through a flex pipe from the drivers side bumper vent. I am hoping that all this will create underhood temps that are compared to stock.

You can find my ecu in the trash, it just depends what car and temper you have LOL Yours should be under the metal plate on the passengers side, the box to the right with a number N3XX on it.

"Passive seat belt" = control box for seat belts.
