Where to find a 12v cigarette lighter/auxiliary outlet?

Probably for the same reason I had one; to manually raise and lower the antenna on a stereo that doesn't have a secondary antenna trigger lead. Most aftermarket radios only have a +12V turn-on lead that can be on only when you're using the radio, but if you are using an external amp, you have to leave the lead on all the time.

I think some people use a switch because the antenna trigger in a FC is negative not a positive and they do not install the relay to get it to operate properly.

It happens...
I installed a clarion head unit in my Wife's Celica vert that has only one turn-on wire. It's labelled amp/antenna. So the antenna is up even when using CD or Aux input. She doesn't care and the wind whistle in the antenna doesn't bother her.
It's a low end model, 4-5 years old.

Put the cigarette lighter back in and wire your antenna up with a relay. Run a negative to the coil and hook the antenna(Usually blue) wire from your radio up to the positive side of the coil.
Then hook thenormally open contact to ground on one side and the OEM radio lead on the other.
