Where does this wire go please?

This is down my the starter, thick black wire. I am sure it is a ground wire, I just can not remember where it goes.
Thank you,
Chris

That my friend is the cold start thingy. I've been told (becuase I have one on mine) that Mazda sotpped putting the cold start thing on our cars but that connector did not get removed from the harness. so basically it just lays there and confuses one of us at the rate of 1-2 threads per week. Not saying "Search" as there is no way of searching for that particular wire cause most don't know what it is called.

Just be sure make aure there is one connection going to your oil pan.

Your engine bay is really clean right there.

LOL... Thank you very much! I just did a Atkins Swap, so I had time to clean it out. Now however, I am battling the Flooding issue.

[quote]That my friend is the cold start thingy. [qoute]

Just to be sure, here is another pic of a wire that is not connected to anything. I am wondering if this is the wire you where talking about, cause it is in right next to the iol pan wire.

The pic above in thread one is a thick black wire.

Yes, it is a female adapter to it. It is about a 4mm thick, right by the ground that attaches to the the long starter blot against the block..
I really appreciate your help,
Chris

Karack, the second pic is the Cold start. Look again at the first pic and then check the link to the other thread that has a better pic of the wire with a box on it.

You can just call me jhamm I'll get it.
