Where does it plug into?????

I just finished installing my jspec s5 into my 10AE and I am just working the bugs out of it. There is a white connector to the left of the intercooler, above where the bac was.
I believe it is the Idle air control???? All the emissions were removed by the previous owner and I can't remember where or if it was plugged in. There is also the same type of plug towards the firewall that is plugged in and I found one underneath the IM that is not plugged in, maybe I should switch the two around?

Any help would be appreciated.

The one underneath the manifold is for your power steering air valve. ( I forgot the proper name for it)

The one you are asking about is part of the AWS system. There should be a canister looking thing with 2 ports on it, above the BAC. Thats where that connector goes. If that thing is missing, no big deal.
